Insurance & Fees

I am currently considered an in-network provider with PacificSource Commercial Insurance (this is not OHP).

If I currently do not participate in your insurance plan, I’d be happy to discuss options with you. Many insurance companies have “Out-of-Network” benefits, which will often reimburse part to the majority of your session expenses after your deductible is met. How much is covered, and other specifics depends on your plan, but I am happy to provide what is called a “Superbill", to help you recoup any expenses you may be entitled to from your insurance. Paying with your FSA or HSA may also be a viable option.

My current private pay rates are:

  • $165 per 45-60 minute individual session

  • $200 per 45-60 minute relational session

  • $250 per initial assessment

**Sliding scale options are limited but may be available. Please inquire if this is something that would be helpful for you.

Although it may sometimes be financially necessary to use insurance to pay for therapy, please realize that all insurance claims require a medical diagnosis, which will become part of your record. Also, the insurance company may decide how many sessions are appropriate for your treatment, regardless of what you and I might think is needed. And finally, your private information, even under new privacy policies, may need to be shared for insurance reimbursement.
